For sale is a vintage Art Nouveau style statue titled "AURORA," depicting the Roman Goddess of the Dawn heralding the new day with a trumpet. This statue is made of cast spelter (white metal) with a rich copper/bronze-toned patinated finish, mounted on an integral stepped circular base. Very good vintage condition with beautiful patina throughout. The trumpet is straight, complete, and intact (these are frequently bent or broken on similar pieces). Shows light, normal cosmetic surface wear and rubbing consistent with age. Please inspect all photos for close-up condition details. Approximate height is 24 inches.
