This is an original copy of Fragments of Louisiana Jurisprudence by William Octave Hart. This is the only original copy that I've seen online. There are reproductions but this is the real deal. 

It's in really good condition for it's age. There are minor issues with the corners. The binding has held up well. It's 150 pages plus an insert in the back titled The Civil Law.
