Scarce 1935 chapbook printing of De Song of Songs by Solomon, “put into de Sussex dialect by Jim Cladpole” (pseudonym of James Richards, local printer and dialect writer of Tunbridge Wells, Kent). Printed and published by Richards himself at 85 Camden Road.
20 pages, measuring approx. 7.25 x 5 inches. Soft wraps, stitched binding. Paper browned with age and some edge wear, but complete and legible throughout.
