Featuring vibrantly painted pink and red roses with green foliage on a black-and-cream enamel background. Pointed scalloped chevron hem at the bottom. Filigree pierced silver-tone metal frame with relief scrolls, kiss-lock ball clasp, and attached chain-link handle. Excellent antique/vintage condition.
