The image is surrounded by an intricate die-cut lace (canivet) paper border, a hallmark of high-quality French devotional cards of the period.

Printed in France, likely circa 1880–1900. The reverse contains a French devotional text along with a handwritten inscription dated 4 Septembre 1945, reflecting later personal devotional use and adding to the card’s historical character.
