Up for sale is an original historic 1969 typed letter on official letterhead from the Black Political Action Council based out of 2117 Orleans Avenue in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dated November 21, 1969, the letter is addressed to Joseph V. DiRosa (former New Orleans Councilman-at-Large and later 1977 Mayoral candidate) discussing political endorsement options in the upcoming December 13th second primary election. Hand-signed by Raymond Parker (President) and Bobby L. Harris (Executive Secretary). Authentic vintage condition. Features natural horizontal folding creases, light toning/yellowing along the paper, and slight edge wear/tearing as pictured.
