This wartime issue opens with a patriotic essay titled “For Thee America” written just after the attack on Pearl Harbor, reflecting the early WWII atmosphere in American schools. Contents include senior class officers, photos, class history, “Senior A Ballet,” and other glimpses into New Orleans student life in 1942.
