Ceramic Alien signed Philip Quaglino and engraved 1962

This is a ceramic alien signed Philip Quaglino and engraved 1962. It's in excellent condition. It's a unique name and I was able to track down the person who I believe made it. I can't be sure but it seems highly likely. It seems he passed away in Metarie in 2023. Here's a snippet from his obituary:

Philip John Quaglino passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at the age of 76. He was born in New Orleans, LA and was a resident of Metairie, LA. Philip proudly served his Country in the U. S. Airforce from 1965-1971. He was the former owner and operator of Jefferson Body and Fender.
